Vanille de Tahiti is a symphony of warm, exotic and delicately sweet notes. A powerful and enveloping vanilla sillage, enriched with floral notes of Ylang Ylang and Champaka. It seduces you with warm amber and musky facets inebriating, finally, with woody aromas of Sandalwood.

Native to Central America, the vanilla plant belongs to the orchid family. Typically shaped like a liana, in the wild it grows in humid tropical forests. In Mexico vanilla was used as an aphrodisiac mixed with chocolate, while the Jivaro women of Peru and Ecuador used to spread it as a balm under their arms and wear the pods as necklaces.

Vanilla is a spice that comes about through a true act of love, the result of an extraordinary "Marriage". Marriage, in fact, is called the process of pollination of the flower induced artificially by man. A skilful and delicate work that only skilled hands know how to perform and that brings to light the fruit of the plant. There are numerous varieties of vanilla, among them the most virtuous is vanilla tahitensis. Botanically unique, the fruit reaches maturity directly on the plant without undergoing the human-induced transformation process, thus naturally and spontaneously developing the typical warm, exotic and sweet notes.

The process of extracting the raw material is innovative and modern. Tahitian vanilla is not extracted with solvents but through a more natural and less invasive process, called CO2 super critical, which preserves all the aromatic facets and identity of its natural profile to ensure an extract of high purity. Its olfactory qualities are truly unique. Tahitian vanilla is exotic, powerful and inebriating, with creamy and understatedly sweet notes.
