Apply a generous amount of lotion to the palms of your hands. Spread the lotion evenly over the body, focusing particularly on dry areas such as elbows, knees and ankles.
Gently massage the lotion into the skin in circular motions until fully absorbed. Allow the lotion to penetrate the skin for a few minutes before dressing.
Apply lotion as needed throughout the day, especially after bathing or when skin feels dry.
