HOW TO APPLY.
Make sure your skin is clean and dry.
Gently stretch the skin in the area and apply the patch.
Wear it for about an hour or if you prefer overnight.
After use, if necessary, clean the patch with warm water and a mild, oil-free soap.
Let it air dry and place it back in the film after use.
