It is an evocation of when, in the 1500s, the Trastevere district was considered 'the bakery of Rome' and teemed with bakeries and young girls.

Let's imagine one of them walking slowly through the narrow streets of the neighbourhood, while the scent of cakes and bread wafts out of the small windows.

Trastevere is the district where Margherita's father's bakery was located and it is from here that we find the olfactory continuation of this love story.

Warm, gourmand olfactory construction: it moves around the tones of Davana (Artemisia Pallens), whose taste characteristics of liquorice and coffee are here enhanced by tones of chestnut and vanilla.
