Description

Few fragrance oils possess the spirituality of oud. Native to the Assam region of India and now found in South Asia, Oud, also known as "Agarwood," is made from the fragrant resin found in the heart of the bark of trees in the Aquilaria family.

It is believed to have healing properties when used for meditation, but it is also apparently a powerful aphrodisiac. Still celebrated as one of the most precious woody essential oils, its composition evokes scents of dark woods and a sensuality at once raw and sophisticated.
